My square wave isn't square enough. How can I fix this?

It's not that this shape is a problem. For aesthetician reasons, I just want my square waves to be more square.

Made with a XTAL, a hex inverter, a cap, and a couple of resistors.

@j2inet It might be tough to get a nice square wave. Parasitic capacitance and ringing become a problem at those frequencies.

Yep, but the caps I have on hand just might not be low enough.
