I'm seeing rumors that #Twitter may be gearing up to limit accounts not subscribed to Twitter Blue.

- Max of 20 tweets/day (including retweets, quotes, and replies)
- 200 DMs/day
- 4 photo tweets or 1 video/day

Blue users would have no limits.
