It is currently just past 07:00 local time on 2023-02-09 in Tokyo. People have been reporting #TwitterDown problems since the turn of the hour. As I said last week in https://mastodon.scot/@JdeBP/109800930710435339 about the #TwitterAPI "Don't worry. It will just abruptly stop working on you, on the 9th." And so #Twitter has. (-:
