dash@cybersecstu yeah, it’s just broken for everyone. that message seems to only be showing for a handful of people, most just get the “unable to send tweet” one. i think that’s a placeholder error for musky’s plan to put a daily limit on new and/or non-blue accounts in the near future though, which isn’t a great sign… https://twitter.com/oneunderscore__/status/1623445068203040768
