My wife was testifying in front of Senate committee. She came in wearing a Prince t-shirt and tight hot pink bedazzled skirt, in the middle of hearing, ask one question to cabinet secretary and walked out.
My wife's prep took weeks.

The whole institution is a joke and there are the obvious jesters and hecklers.
