AG Racine Announces Instacart Must Pay $2.54 Million for Misrepresenting that Consumer Tips Would Go to Workers & Failing to Pay Sales Taxes

Full-Service Instacart shoppers who worked in D.C. at any time between October 1, 2016 and April 30, 2018, and made at least one Instacart delivery to a D.C. consumer in the District of Columbia, can now file a claim for a refund of at least $150.00.
You may be eligible to receive a refund of more than $150, depending on how long you worked for Instacart and how many deliveries you made in the District of Columbia between October 1, 2016 and April 30, 2018. For the purposes of this claims process, a Full-Service Instacart shopper means any Instacart worker who made Instacart deliveries within the District of Columbia between October 1, 2016 and April 30, 2018.
