you can. mastodon just makes you jump through a hoop first. paste her address: https://mas.to/@TatianaIlyina into your search bar and press return. you can click follow in the search results.

you can also get her address by clicking on her handle in the post then cllicking follow. click the copy button from the next screen and paste that in your search bar. then click follow in the results.
