I actually love this crazy green olive jello nuttiness too. It’s sort of a twisted, pseudo-food Mona Lisa. I always see something different. Is it actually looking back at us with its olive eyes and tomato slice mouth? Is that a tomato smile or is it planning to eat us? What might a jello mold be thinking?

@Katma A friend over on Twitter has a habit of posting vintage ads with horrific food ideas, I can't believe what they thought was good back then. Another fun source is Dylan Thomas over on YouTube, I've shared a few of his videos, but he likes to collect old cookbooks, particularly promotional ones, and he makes quick recipes from them, and his antics are a riot. So's his reaction to some of the less than successful recipes.
