Just watched the other YouTubers' videos about the #EVO64 board and... Why are most of them claiming you can build a 100% new C64 from it? Clickbait? We still don't have a replacement for every single MOS custom chip. Or am I missing something?

Also, that one video that involves placing the VIC-II in the board backwards made me cringe slightly. (Especially the part blaming it on the EVO creators.)

I did intentionally not watch the others' videos before I finished and released my own, btw.

(I won't even start about the wrong assumptions that many people seem to have about the "improvement" of sound quality when using tube equipment... Relax, it's just a matter of taste!)
