@kate I'm sure the bosses of the world are trying to figure out how to keep you from disconnecting from work after a normal 8-hour day, even after they drag you back to the office. Because they love all those volunteer hours you're putting in on their behalf and they wish you were on call 24/7. Nope - not going to happen...
