eireann@Sonikku @MeanwhileinCanada thats so true. I moved to Saratoga NY area in 2003 -to find a good number of people wore shorts and sandals w socks in winter. (I lived 2 hrs south prior.) tonight is pretty cold though with the wind- no shorts or sandals for me!
