@GovTrack Don't bet these bills will be legal. They're stepping into USPS territory and pharmacies can legally ship FDA approved drugs by mail to anyone regardless where they live. It won't take DOJ long to file lawsuits if these bills become laws. But no one ever said republicans have a lick of intelligence among them.
