Could be further improved with a more cryptic and less "explicit" title? e.g. "Nautical Icarus"?
@Latte Thanks for the suggestion, Tom. Sometimes more elliptical titles can really help a poem, but I think this one needs to have one that ‘grounds’ the words which follow (if that doesn’t sound too ironic!)
