@[email protected] We may disagree on specifics, but I'd agree the entire judiciary system needs to be reformed.

Just SCOTUS alone needs to undergo some key changes.

First, they all need to be under an ethics code.

Second, #RuleOf18 : 18 justices, 18 year staggered terms. Divided ideologically 6 Left, Center, Right. as proven by their previous rulings & work. Every case heard by random 3 of each. En Banc available…

@[email protected] Such a system would make it impossible to play the Court, as is now currently done - where an ideological group forum shops, then runs the case to SCOTUS when it's favorable to them.

In short, #RuleOf18 would make justice truly blind at SCOTUS level.

The rest of the Judiciary also needs massive reform.

But that's a discussion for another day.
