Riff-Raff is one of the main characters from the series Heathcliff & the Catillac Cats. He is a member of the Catillac Cats and is known for being the leader of the gang. He is also in a relationship with Cleo. Riff-Raff has lived in the streets of Westfinster for a majority of his life and has always desired of making it big.
