Over the past while, I've spent over $10,000 in the Google Store. Recently bought a Nest camera.
I wasn't able to set up it up so called support and they (after destroying my home structure) determined that the camera is faulty.
Received a new camera but I'm getting a completely different error now. I reached out to Google and they just say that "we'll let you know if we come up with a a solution".
Now they're just ghosting me and refusing to refund my money.
So what now? Not sure what to do.
In the first round of support, my home automation structure was completely decimated, so now none of my speakers, lights, etc are working properly.
It's been over two months and they won't even answer my messages anymore.
To be clear, I'm always professional when dealing with support, never lose my temper, or act in any way that inappropriate, so it's not that I'm being nasty and they're ignoring the nasty person :)
