I urge you to read that, especially the parts where a handful of hyper-rich cis het white men* can decide what is and is not a "family" for the entire planet.

* I am guessing that corporate executives are, by and large, hyper-rich cis het men, mostly Boomers and Gen X, mostly white.

@sigridellis honestly what they are doing wouldn’t affect me except that I am transient. I’m hoping since it’s my account and my usual devices that are generally on the same hotspot, it won’t matter. I’m a pretty solid outlier though since I don’t have a “household” like most. It seemed like a fair way to cover households by just having a “log in from home once a month or so”. Yes I have grown kids in another country, but… they aren’t my household.
