@ivory suggestion for the app - it’d be awesome if tapping the Home icon when already on that view refresher with the latest content and scrolled to the top of the feed!
@kop48 That works, but as a double tap instead of single. We used to get a lot of complaints about accidentally brushing the tab button and unintentionally scrolling to the top. So we made the action more intentional.
@ivory haha thanks! I worked it out after sending that πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ
@ivory another issue - I had to manually turn on notifications for all types of activity? Is that by design?
@ivory also, any way to display multi-post threads correctly? On Twitter, they all nest below the first post. Also, is this the right place to provide feedback? :)
@kop48 It's on our list. The whole compose view will get completely revamped. It will be a lot of work, but we are really excited about it.
@ivory that’s awesome to hear, tho I meant more on the viewing side. :)
@kop48 Ivory does that already? There can probably be some fine-tuning, but we already properly thread a user's posts right before all the replies.
@ivory hmmm that only works for me if I tap on an item in the thread. When in the regular feed, the posts all show up individually
@kop48 Ah yea we plan to do basic threading in the sense of showing the original post that someone is replying to. πŸ™‚
@ivory would also love if the image dismiss animation could be made faster. It feels far too slow right now - like old school iOS.
@kop48 It is old school ios. We will be getting rid of that animation in the future. πŸ™‚
