I’ve recently been taking photographs on a circa 1956 film camera made in West Germany. This little #Voightlander Vito BL has no range finding ability — focus is manual and estimated in ‘metres from subject’. It has a manual selenium-strip light meter to assist with estimating shutter speed and aperture.
Despite its limitations, I’ve found such joy in learning how to use it and excitement when getting a roll of film developed.
