Some adapter will need 3.0 Port or two USB ports in order to reach the required voltage. I’m assuming that would be a 3.0 port but not necessarily if it’s in an obscure spot, should be able to tell in control panel.

Cops tend to see it as there are cops, and there is everyone else. I’m sure there’s a caste system among todays cops as well, probably country/small suburb cop, sheriff, state trooper, large suburb, big city- from low to high, followed by federales (Marshall, fbi, border patrol prob near the top as well depending on city etc)
