Why they call it "Regular" expressions still manage to confuse me as there's really nothing regular about it... Happy end of January 2023! Jeepers! Already?!

Why hasn't anyone translated it into something readable to include as a library or something yet? Or has someone?

@funficient It's too powerful to change around, honestly. An equivalent would be too complex to use and clunky. However... there are some great parsers: https://www.regextester.com and https://regexper.com are my favorites. I wrote a simple one for "normal" people that creates regex to match words for my Obsidian plugin: https://www.cattail.nu/obsidian/filePluginRegexHelper.html - I figured people trying to do something harder would ask me.
