I like to think I have pretty good "willing suspension of disbelief" especially when it comes to dystopian sci-fi jawns but I'm calling nans on this from the start of Last Of Us episode 3. I live 20mi further west than that and I can tell you there is nothing in between me and the city that looks remotely like this even given 20yrs of no human intervention. 100mi? Maybe. But 10mi is basically Rt 128 and even after 20yrs of natural reclamation there wouldn't be mountains like that in the distance
