what are main differences, if any, between following methods
—PAR, participatory action research
vs
—DBR, design-based research (or educational design research)?
(I thought DBR is also a participatory approach?)
Prabir@Isaja DBR seems to be used in education. Not my field at all. But PAR is done in rural areas and is related to Development (rural development to begin with) (it was called Rapid Rural Appraisal by Robert Chambers before it became PRA and later PAR followed)
