Woolly for Mastodon is looking pretty awesome for now. Now in two minds about Ivory subscription

@pankajkapoor So, we now have these three at the top of the list. Expecting all three to be paid apps(Ivory for sure).

Mammoth
Ivory
Woolly

@amarbandla I am yet to try Mammoth. Still some issues with their TestFlight links
@pankajkapoor @mammoth Can you share a TestFlight invite?
Mammoth 🦣 (@[email protected])

If you are experiencing a problem with the TestFlight that says something along the lines of ā€˜could not install’ or ā€˜beta not found’, please bear with us, there seems to be a problem with Apple Connect which has jinxed a few things. We are attending to it as we speakā—ļø Mammoth Strong!🦣 #mammoth

@vin2ktalks yeah. Saw that. Hope it is resolved soon. @amarbandla
@pankajkapoor @amarbandla Yep, possibly by our Mon late or Tue, once US business hours starts šŸ˜Ž
@vin2ktalks @pankajkapoor may end up with Ivory only. Keep coming back to this though I liked Mammoth more. Sokuch similar to tweetbot.

Mammoth: Social you control

Mastodon made easy. From an empty feed to a timeline you love in minutes. Social you control.

Mammoth: Social you control
@amarbandla same error on that link.
@pankajkapoor @amarbandla isn’t ivory expensive?
@savyasachi it is. But probably it’s the first mover and also the scale of volume counts. May be once mastodon has sufficient users, the price may come down. @amarbandla
@savyasachi you can also try Woolly. It’s from developers of Fenix and is currently in beta @amarbandla

@amarbandla @pankajkapoor did you ever try #MonaApp? If you had used #theSpringApp in the past you would know it! Why I’m emphasising is this cause you shouldn’t miss it to try to take a decision.

Another thing, #Ivory is still not full feature ready, so take a decision once have all the features in! #JustSaying

@vin2ktalks unfortunately I never used Spring App too. I tried their lite version but then ended back on Tweetbot. It probably depends on the app you got used to using on Android/IOS and now you like the same interface better @amarbandla
@pankajkapoor @amarbandla I wish you should have tried it’s pro version as their light version don’t seems to have all features!
@vin2ktalks @amarbandla @pankajkapoor I can agree about Mona, I have it on my devices, but my main app is Ivory. Still have that feeling from the moment I downloaded it - wow, that's how I like it. UI is great, smooth and pleasant experience, but still waiting for more features to come (and a mac app, of course)
@tomathos I am liking Woolly too. Pretty smooth and looks good too. @vin2ktalks @amarbandla
@[email protected] to be honest, I haven't tried that one.
