@gregor_samsa I'm biased person as the result of the fact. I benefit with my qualifications being paid more. I do think There shouldn't B = wage because demand for skills in a topic/subject in certain regions flexiwaiting. So a standard minimum range does not make sense. This is speaking from the perspective of a person with computer Science/IT administration/ Electrical Engineering pursuits.
