At least in the U.S., "misinformation" isn't a crime that you can be "fined" for, regardless of whether you claim to be broadcasting news or entertainment. See, there's this thing called the First Amendment...

@jik @darwinwoodka @mog7546 The only way to do it is money is all I'm saying. The wealthy class is already on the offensive, see Kelcy Warren suing Beto O'Rourke. Cutting into the profit margin is the only way they change behavior. The big problem Democrats in Congress are going after potential donors.
