@danielbingham This looks very cool. Can papers be submitted if they've already been uploaded to a site such as arxiv.org or biorxiv.org?
What happens if I submit a paper in a certain field, but you don't yet have any reviewers who are competent in that field?

@ben_crowell_fullerton Yes, absolutely! Authors keep copyright under a CC-By license. So papers can be submitted, reuploaded anywhere else!

Right now... well not much of anything. It's only just been released and there's no community yet. One of the next tasks will be building the community. One approach is if you if have a paper you want feedback on, and you know people in the field who's feedback would be valuable, you can submit the paper and invite them to review it.
