Some of you may remember that a little while back, some sleazy dirtbag FL lawyer by the name of John Ruiz was threatening SLAPP suits over on Twitter. And then claimed I was violating professional rules by swearing at him and that my tweets were not protected by the First Amendment.

HE FILED a 100+ PAGE BAR COMPLAINT BECAUSE I WAS MEAN TO HIM ON TWITTER DOT COM.

Needless to say, ARDC was not impressed, and dismissed it out of hand.

@AriCohn How much of his or his firm's time and money did he spend on that? I mean, that has to be such an own goal. Does he actually not realize that? Not care? Doesn't matter because that's his hobby and he enjoys it for whatever reason?
