๐Ÿšจ Security tip: Visit bitwarden.com โ†’ tap โ€˜log inโ€™ in the top right and create a bookmark for the web vault. Typing Bitwarden manually into a search engine each time increases your chances of falling prey to a ๐Ÿช phishing attempt due to spelling errors or malicous domains (with similiar names).

@bitwarden The desktop app has a menu to open the web vault. ย…ย…Iโ€™m hoping the desktop app eventually gets all the settings/features of the web vault so I donโ€™t need to use a browser.
@bitwarden what's wrong with just using the extension?
@raging_mohawk Some users use the web vault for administrative functions.

Google should verify ads before publishing them :(

@bitwarden and if you encounter a phishing webpage, report it to https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/.

Once flagged, all browsers relying on this system (most of them as far as I know) will show up a red warning for all users, therefore significantly reducing the possibility of someone putting their credentials in.

You'll be doing the entire Internet a favor.
