We're getting inundated with tech support requests, I've tried but can't keep up. I asked my oldest (comp-sci major) if he wants to help, for $ of course.

@paul IME the only way to truly dig out is a good FAQ
@rjj working on that too, we kind of need to at least deal with everything at the start so we can see what the FAQ actually are.
