Right - you see how the colour has come off it? That's about 20 mins (I've been doing other stuff), and can now be either cooked with, or put in a bowl and used later.
I'm going to use it later, so it can go in the fridge.
If you're going to use it any more than a day or so later, freeze it. It will defrost in 5 mins or so, and doesn't need thawing overnight.
