@nickappleton I had a random observation that denoising is akin to... histogram deconvolution (I know not very deep, and obvious when looking at histograms)
@BartWronski @nickappleton can you explain that one?
@demofox @nickappleton which part? Adding noise to an image is like convolvint its histogram with noise PDF.
Therefore, if you deconvolve, you get an approximation of denoising. :)
