@stephenfry The check in - in the app, leave the app to a web browser, get prompted to launch the app, but not the real app a web app, then find your booking again, maybe log in again, return to the app to get your booking number, good luck with the Covid vaccine certificate part, then return to the app to get the boarding pass flow.
