Y'know, I'm used to seeing bad-faith posts about politics and about religion from people on the political right all the time.

But now I've started to see bad-faith posts from people closer to my side of the political spectrum as well. Funny, that.

Maybe it's just part of “growing up”.

Maybe I'm starting to see through the bullshit. To see people for who they really are - or indeed, what product or narrative they're trying to sell.

@ronak what did you see
@astuary I'd rather not say. In these increasingly volatile and polarised times, people are quick to misunderstand. Everyone's looking to throw someone else under the bus.
@ronak Since around 7 years ago I've been used to seeing bad faith / hypocritical posts from the left and the right. To the point of exhaustion.
@Mogunetto I'm really happy I'm not alone in feeling this way. It's hard to hold onto your sanity when it feels like the whole world is against you. 🥹
@ronak Really hoping that the Hogwarts Legacy debacle is going to be an eye-opener for so many people... Saw one journalist go off on the game, and those who support it. Despite still supporting Activision-Blizzard because the devs are innocent victims of management's misconduct. :/
