FBI hacked. Not once, but twice.

First, the FBI-run InfraGard program suffered a breach. InfraGard aims to strengthen partnerships with the private sector to share information about cyber and physical threats.

Then, the Russian hacker group, Killnet, breached the FBI’s database and stealing the personal information of over 10,000 U.S. federal agents.

@metasecsol the screen shot in the article from the claim of the breech of 10000 feds is bizarre. They claim to have intercepted traffic and captured social media logins and porn passwords? That claim may just be propaganda...
@blarg It's hard to verify the full extent of the level of success for some data breaches. Silence on the part of the FBI when something is being widely reported is also telling that some type of event occured. I agree, the screenshot does appear odd but so are many of the tactics being used by these criminals.
