@tomassl uff, that sucks. Its not tapbots fault the client is broken but some kind of compensation for recent subs would be a nice gesture.
@philb I know and I’m grateful to them for what they’ve done. I hoped that the relationship and gratitude with the community is more mutual.

@tomassl we are actually trying to work with Apple on transferring subs that haven’t expired yet over to ivory. Everything is just a slow process working with a big company.
And if you subscribed only a few weeks ago, I definitely recommend requesting a refund from apples website. It’s easy and you’ll get your funds back within a couple days.
