AWS has accounts because it grew out of Amazon retail and that's what you used to buy underwear. GCP has projects because of their developer first mentality. WowSuchCyber@scottpiper @jcfarris this has surprising security impacts: AWS account structure combined with S3 log shipping etc means a big org can delegate sub org security to local teams. On GCP you can only have one security team "per org" (last time I checked, which is a few years ago) and Azure give full admin access to your stuff to your reseller.
