Kevin McCarthy just officially put COVID conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Greene on the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Greene was previously banned from Twitter for spreading COVID disinformation and continues to spread lies about the pandemic to this day.
@MeidasTouch Amazing. I always knew that Kevin McCarthy was dumb but he continues to shoot himself in the foot with every move.
As Oprah said, you teach people how to treat you. Had he started strong and used threats he could have had the Freedumb Caucus under his thumb. Instead, he gave them all the power and they keep using it to make him and the less extreme Republican extremists subservient to them.
