I had to delete a tweet where I shat on Avatar 2's Oscar noms because don't like the person I become when I talk about it.

I am dangerously close to becoming one of those people who makes hating Last Jedi their entire personality, but for Avatar 2.

@ToddInTheShadows You could try watching Velma instead in a bid to redirect the hate.
@icassassin See, that one just perplexes me. I have no idea why everyone cares this much about Velma. I think "The Last Jedi" haters are idiots but at least a Star Wars movie is something of cultural importance.
@ToddInTheShadows @icassassin Are you saying Scooby Doo *isn’t* culturally important?
@AviationAJ @ToddInTheShadows admittedly there is almost no semblance of Scooby Doo to be found in Velma.
@ToddInTheShadows As Terry Pratchett once said: "Hate is a force of attraction. Hate is just love with its back turned."
@ToddInTheShadows I feel that. Felt myself becoming a Man of Steel hater for a while after that movie, and while I still don't think any of those are good, you can't spend your time focusing on hate, especially for something that isn't important in the grand scheme of things.
