This week on Serious Trouble, dropping tomorrow: BIG sanctions against Donald Trump and his lawyer, Alec Baldwin ran his mouth and will suffer for it, and don't Google "how to kill my wife and not get caught"
@Popehat big sanctions, some might say HYUGE, NO SANCTIONS HAVE EVER BEEN BIGGER
@Popehat couldn’t you just contact Robert Wagner, or Christoper Walken? Granted you’d need a yacht.
@Popehat I bet the cops wouldn’t even check your Bing searches.
@Popehat "how to search for how to kill wife but later deleting that search oh dammit"

@Popehat

Suggestion: Rename your podcast, The Facepalm Pod.

I'm starting to develop a hand-shaped indentation on my forehead that is clearly attributable to listening to you guys.

@Popehat Honestly, it's worth remembering that Prosecutors can invent all sorts of stories based on your search history: https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/politics/2003/04/05/ingredients-for-unusual-trial-a-triangle-and-toxic-ricin/9c414024-6c30-405f-8993-7a6f52b4ccba/

It didn't work so well for Jack Lemmon.

@Popehat I'm gonna Google whatever I want, buddy I'm not married and my ex is alive BRING IT oh what do you mean I can't board the plane

@elen @Popehat That's for unrelated reasons... Some terror suspect named "eleen" got fat-fingered into the 2017 no-fly list.

Look, you can see it right here in the 2019 nofly.csv file (thanks, crimew!).

@Popehat
If anyone intends to kill their wife, please encourage them to do society a favour and mess it up so badly that they get caught. Bonus points if they also fail to hurt their target.

Of course, if you don't intend to kill your wife but unbeknownst to you someone else does, then having "how to kill my wife and not get caught" in your search history might be awkward.
If you killed somebody, how would you dispose of the body without getting caught?

Suppose you killed somebody... How would you dispose of the body without getting caught? Would you dump it somewhere? Bury it in the backyard or basement? Dissolve it in lime? What? What would...
