It’s possible that the Twitter API restrictions will be reverted but I’ve got a feeling that this is the end of it for me and my plans to keep using it in ‘read-only’ mode are at an end. I won’t use the official app or website unless I’m really desperate.

But Mastodon continues to be wonderful and I’ve just installed @ivory which is incredibly polished so the future looks good to me.
