This bill protects access to reproductive health care services and gender-affirming treatment in Washington by shielding patients, helpers, and providers from out-of-state investigations and prosecutions.

Legal Voice, Pro-Choice Washington, ACLU of Washington, and League of Women Voters all support this bill.
