I feel like your red flags would make the service a "solid" option for nobody. And only an option for people that are okay with grey market ambiguity. The pricing model is a flag to me as well. They have aggressive metered tiers, but for less than a yearly cost of the lowest tier you can have unlimited?

@Granite @clouddosage thanks for the comment. It all feels very morally grey. A lot (and I mean a lot) would have to change for me to recommend it as freely as I do with other options. But I'm sure some people won't mind the shortfalls
