As part of my mission to demonstrate that there are efficiency ‘quick-wins’ within each NHS trust, my team have been been looking at the way nationally provided tools are being used. Are they being used to fill potential? If not, what are the biggest time and productivity gains for staff that can be implemented within 3 months? Whilst it’s not reinventing the wheel, we are finding that there there are at cash/non-cash releasing tools that meet this criteria. #digitalproductivity #nhs #socialcare
