Been off the booze and keeping a mostly paleo diet since new years. Gone quite well so far, and enjoying some much needed clarity and deflation. It actually hasn’t been too hard outside of the carb/sugar detox during the first few days (carbs/sugar are 10x more addicting for me than booze).
But with the combo of a post-skiing chilly day + NFL playoffs, I could kick a puppy for a bourbon and pizza right now.
