Andy ToddI use the free bridging thingamy from My Tax Digital by Open Answers.
Still use the same programme to track all income & expenses, still use reports based on ones I put together ~25 years ago (with amends for rule changes) but now I type the 5 numbers into a form provided by My Tax Digital and click submit there instead. Completely and utterly pointless
@toddisadj Ta. I couldn't find any free thingy that just let me type the five numbers - I'll check that one out.
You have to link it to your VAT account - took me about 5 minutes. Once it's linked it's almost like the old days.
Other free bridging software is available, but the HMRC page listing all the various options is a waste of space, they list things as free which are free to download but charge to submit.
