@tiffanycli Time is also very important and also not at all important. You MUST be there 2h ahead of time but wait in line an undetermined amount. The plane leaves in 90m so you better be on it 15m earlier than that! But at best that means we will board in 60m and leave the physical ground in 120m.
This week I had one that was going to leave at 3:58 then had an announced delay to 4:28, then had a silent un-delay back to 3:58, then had intermittent announcements of "just 5 more minutes" for 45m.
