Tiffany LiMy timeline is full of layoffs in media and tech. What’s worse is that healthcare in this country is tied to your job. If you lose your job, you lose your ability to pay for doctor’s visits, hospital stays, even life-saving medicine. America deserves better.

I feel incredibly responsible for the health and welfare of my employees and live in constant fear that a poor business decision by me might deprive their families and children of necessary medicine or other healthcare. It’s an awful feeling. I know many other business people couldn’t care less about such things but some of us do!
