@2ndNatureDev it's only in v5 so you have to go back to purchase history and reinstall the old one.

Jason Levine@Verso For others who were as confused as me: this is only in Tweetbot 5, so you have to have purchased that version in the past. You’ll then find it in your App Store purchases; install it, run it, immediately hit the gear icon when it launches, and tip away. Works perfectly to give @tapbots the love they deserve, and offset the people demanding prorated refunds of their $5.99 annual subscriptions.
@delfuego I posted again just now to break it down better (v5 and actual steps). I liked the idea that there could maybe not be a smoking crater where their subscription revenue used to be. And it doesn't require any action from Tapbots, they have others things to do right now. (:
