@amandacsb2 Day/week was extreme. I love having four-day weekends, but the trade-off is brutal sometimes

I had a great walk and breakfast with the ladies I exercise with. I’m the youngest of the bunch by at least 10 yrs and they are wonderful to me. I’m so lucky to have found them. 🍀
